INSURANCE CLAIMS HANDLER - WELLINGBOROUGH - TEMP 3-12M - £16K-18K
A corporate player within the Financial Services market is looking to recruit a part time and Full time claims handler to join their personal injury claims department. They offer an honest and supportive working environment with an attractive package, including £16,000 to £18,000 basic salary (dependant on experience), 25 days holiday and a bonus of 10%. The successful candidate will have the pleasure of working within an exciting, fast-paced office in the heart of Wellingborough which offers its employees a professional workplace with traditional values.
Based within the Personal Injury claims department, you will be part of the claims handling team responsible for:
* Handling personal injury claims.
* Resolving enquiries quickly and efficiently.
* Providing first class customer service.
* Providing advice on the claims processes.
* Payment processing and recovery from third parties.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience within customer service, handling personal injury and/or motor claims is preferable though not essential, excellent written and telephone based communication skills, and the ambition and drive to meet often challenging deadlines. Ideally, you need to meet the qualification policy which is a minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
