Ruby Developer / Architects - Belgium - Mongo DB, Sinatra, JavaScript, AWS
For an organisation in Belgium we are looking for a Ruby Developer with a good understanding of sw development as mentioned below.
Mainly focussed as Architect and developer during initial Home project concept and design phases.
-Participates in software proof-of-concept development and prototyping Participates in the project feasibility and SW design phase:
? Translates high level marketing requirements into top level design requirements
? Creates use case descriptions, architectural diagrams, flow diagrams.
Requirement:
? Experienced with SW development in Ruby
? Experience with NoSQL database development: MongoDB and Redis
? Experience with Sinatra web application framework (or Ruby on Rails)
? Experience with Javascript development (e.g. D3.js)
? Experience with REST web service API design
? Experienced with application development for the Amazon Web Services
platform (EC2/S3/…)
? Experience with application/server monitoring (e.g. NewRelic) is a plus
? Experience with web related security aspects (knowledge of XSS, XSRF, input
validation,…)
? Experience with security related protocols (SSL/certificates/…)
? Experience with the Linux OS.
