We are urgently seeking a project resource capable of performing extractions OEBS to feed the ARIBA software
Oracle EBS Technical Consultant: Senior Developer able to work on Integration with ARIBA
This resource will be responsible for:
1. Prepare the extraction of data from our source system (or write the script) including invoice lines for the recovery of these costs in SPEND VISIBILITY. This extraction in the format required by Ariba on two axes:
a. lines billings for the enrichment of these expenses to amenities ACT/UNSPSC,
b. all dimensions required for reporting in ' Spend Visibility ' (ie ERP vendors, GL accounts, Cost Centers, Company Website, etc ... etc ... ) ..
2. Validate the results of these extractions Spend Visibility (of course with the help of Ariba teams) and other IT tasks
3. Finalize the script that will be used to refresh ( quarterly extraction the first 2 years and monthly 3rd year).

The detailed requirement is as follows, the latter being the most urgent:
- Repository Management suppliers:
- Initialization: require extraction suppliers from financial systems to initialize the repository into Ariba.
The formating and integration of suppliers in Ariba will be managed by the Ariba project teams
- The creation of new start post production suppliers will be managed manually by users (procedure set up to harmonize suppliers from Ariba and financial systems
- Integration into Ariba Invoice to customer:
- Invoices are entered in Ariba with the status "Good pay ' and will be settled in Customer: need to qualify the file extraction bills Ariba output so that it can fit into Customer. Invoices will be integrated quarterly on 1st 2 years and then monthly for the third year. Normally, if the script is well written in the initial phase of the project is ' plug & play ' for refresh, ie someone custopmer should only have to run the script to receive the data in the format Ariba, and then manually make the upload.
- Management reporting (module Spend Visibility)
Module initialization reporting: need extraction bills ( perimeter Ariba is anything but chartering and bunkering ) from to Customer and 2014 (in principle 1.3.2014 ) for OMEGA Customer. The formatting and integration of bills in the module Spend Visibility will be managed by the Ariba project teams. It is important to extract all invoice lines and in the Ariba format, so the creation of the script that will allow and will be used for the next refresh.
Areas of Expertise/Technical Skills
Knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite ( R11 & R12 OEBS ) software, technical computer skills (including SQL) and/or standard knowledge of computer methodologies, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements and Forms experience will be required
Fluent English ( Written/Oral ) to collaborate daily with the Global Delivery teams and global agents
