Oracle CRM On Demand Consultant to manage the support and administration of the CRM On Demand system directly with end users.

Responsibilities include assisting with the gathering and analysis of business requirements, user communications, development and delivery of user training, daily user support, coordination with the New York and California CRM support contacts, identifying and spearheading process and system improvements, documenting business processes, requirements and designs, vendor management, define and building analytics, new release and testing, workflow creation, user role/access maintenance, manual entries and cleansing, data quality initiatives.

Must have a strong ability to brainstorm and troubleshoot issues, maintain CRM best practices and question users not just take orders while keeping the user experience positive.

Problem solving skills are very important and the ability to multi-task and learn many business processes.
