SAP Training/Change Manager - West London

Experience of at least 3 full SAP training life cycles, from defining the training strategy and performing the training needs analysis, through to the development, delivery and evaluation of the training
Excellent project management skills
Broad knowledge of SAP modules and functionality
Considers excellence a fundamental priority and is able to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
Follows detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation
Experience of delivery of learning virtually on a large scale
Effective in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resource and uncertainty
Solid understanding of training and development processes, including trends in people development, related technology learning tools and understanding of external resources in training and development.
Specific experience in ERP training software eg Assima ATS, uPerform, Articulate Storyline, Saba Centra

Specific responsibilities include:
Continuous improvement of processes for the development, delivery and maintenance of the strategy
Must possess the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams and cultures to complete tasks to meet team objectives as necessary
Implement a standard training toolkit for the programme that can be used by all site to deliver the strategy and plan at a local level
Liaise with the process and functional workstreams to ensure the training materials accurately reflect the programme's business processes
