Job description
* You will work with verification close to a telecom lab with testing using different test tools and instruments.
* The candidate needs experience from telecom standards (Radio) such as LTE, WCDMA and GSM.
* Important with experience in testing/development and troubleshooting, reading and understanding test logs.
* RAN level testing experience is very valuable (understand test cases and results).
* In this assignment it is important to understand the big picture, it's not just a GUI used for testing.
* The environment used is UNIX based, Git for revision control, Perl for test cases.
* Work is carried out according to Agile and Lean development principles (SCRUM).
Required competence
* Comprehensive testing experience in telecom (LTE, WCDMA, GSM), reading and understanding test logs
* Good understanding of telecom architecture
* Experience from test lab including instruments such as spectrum analyser and signal generator
* Experience from using tools for revision control such as Git, ClearCase, SVN (Apache Subversion) etc
* Experience from programming languages such as Perl
* You need to have the ability to find your way among the available information/documentation
* In your daily work, you have a natural structured approach
* You are a good team player, open-minded and flexible
* Candidates shall also have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish (preferably but not an absolute requirement).
Wanted competence
* Programming experience in Perl
* M.Sc. or B.Sc.
