Seeking a finance change project manager/BA hybrid with SME knowledge around finance change, specifically Finrep and or IFRS.
The role is to take a hands on role in ensuring the business is compliant in the new regulations, key activities will include but not be limited to -
- Leading key work stream
- Analysis and interpretation of requirements
- Analysis of current and target state
- Managing changes
- Guiding more junior members and Matrix resources
- Hands on change delivery
- Input to systems and process change
- Manage stakeholders
It is essential that those who apply have -
- Excellent Finance process understanding - ideally formally trained/finance qualified
- Have had FINREP and or IFRS experience
- Have finance and accounting knowledge particularly around - Treasury finance/Financial Instruments and Group finance
- Ideally from a financial services background
- Analytical approach
This is an interim role for an initial period of 3 months, rolling as required. It is a business change position that demands an excellent understanding of the subject matter. It is based in the West country.
