My client, a leading bank, is currently looking for a Senior Process Advisor/Consultant who will report to the banks Financial Crime team. Based in their Manchester offices on a contract basis paying a daily rate of £ depending on experience on an initial 3 month contract

You will meet the following requirements:

  • 3-5 years Financial Crime Prevention experience within a financial capacity
  • Work with Operational Managers to ensure processes are effective and clearly understood by all within FCP
  • Work with the Financial Crime Risk Management team to ensure that identified risks, where appropriate, are linked to processes and that controls are captured on process maps. Ensure that RCSA documentation accurately reflects current processes.
  • Contribution to FCP and Operations change governance
  • Responsible for providing support to 240+ colleagues within FCP
  • Experienced in documenting processes and balancing the need for a defined consistent methodology (eg BPMN) with the need for users to easily understand the information
  • Experienced in process improvement, ideally Lean 6-Sigma trained to Green Belt or above
  • Able to provide documentation both technical and customer/stakeholder oriented, translating complex data into business oriented and outcome focussed communications
  • Sound planning and scheduling skills
  • Demonstrable experience of building relationships and influence without necessarily having control
  • Maintain a good understanding of Conduct Risk requirements relevant to the role, ensuring compliance and that due regard is paid to the interests of customers and customers are treated fairly.
  • Ensure Conduct Risk requirements are fully reflected in Performance Development objectives
