Your tasks:
- Handle the level 2 and 3 incidents received from Service Desk
- Determine recurring incidents and find long term solution with the other IT teams
- Software installation in accordance with user requests
- Handle incidents at client premises
Your qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Previous experience in an equivalent position
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and MS Office
- Knowledge of IT banking solutions (Bloomberg, Reuteurs, …) an asset
- Excellent German, fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with clients
