Service Delivery Analyst - 6 months - £225pd

How would you like to work for a voltage electric power transmission network in Great Britain, connecting power stations and major substations across the UK?

Our client is currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Analyst on a 6 month contract basis based in Warwick.

Job Purpose

-Support the Service Delivery Manager to manage the daily operations of the service provider and for coordinating issue resolution and escalation for process area.
-Provide technical subject matter support to both the client and the Service Provider.
-Maintain the clients process and control documentation for the process area.
-To identify and coordinate performance improvement initiatives and process change projects for the process area.
-To govern over RtR change request process

Experience Required

-3-5 years of Record to Report (RtR) experience (General Ledger accounting, internal & external Reporting, Fixed Asset management).
-Management of internal projects an advantage.
-Management of service delivery performance and compliance through SLAs/KPIs an advantage.
-Stakeholder management and communications.
-Proficient use of business systems and analytical tools.

Should you be successful you key responsibilities will include:

Key Tasks
-Support the Service Delivery Manager to manage the integration and ongoing operations of processes between the RtR and the Service Provider(s).
-Manage, escalate and resolve service issues for process area in a timely manner by being the principle contact for the service provider process area lead.
-Define, implement and maintain RtR policies, process maps, standard operating procedures and work instructions.
-Identify best Practices and benchmark processes with peer business groups.
-Work with the Service Delivery Manager, Change and Governance teams to coordinate the implementation of process performance improvement projects by the service provider (ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal conditions).
-Ensure RtR is operating within compliance frameworks such as internal policies, external standards and regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley for process area.
-Use the weekly/monthly performance report to control the quality of operations within the operational tower teams.
-Responsible for performing process activities, review and approvals as agreed with the Service
-Delivery manager or as outlined in the operating procedures for the process area in question.
