Your tasks:
- Z/OS System Programming Level 1 & DB2
- Deal with Support pack upgrades, SPAU-SPDD changes, Kernel Upgrades
- Supervising of parallel AIX- and zOS-plattform updates including platform tests
Your qualifications
- Operational knowledge of DB2/zOS which involves TSO skills, JCL knowledge and checking DB2 tables and views with zOS experience
- Reading and understanding of zOS Logs (Joblogs, Started Tasks, DBM1MSTR Logs)
- Experience with z/OS System Programmer Level 2 and AIX system integration (nice to have)
- Communication and client handling skills are important
- Reading and understanding of ABAP Programms, BAPI's, Unix Shell Scripts, REXX, CLISTS and Cobol
- Languages: English (fluent), German reading is very helpfull, German writing & speaking is a bonus
