Case Handler - Banking - Interest Rate Derivates - London - £350-£400 per day
A Global Financial Institution urgently requires an experienced Case Handler to join their Interest Rates Derivates Team on a 6 month contract to assist with the calculation of overdraft interest and fees from account statements. You will come from a Commercial Banking Complaints background with experience of completing redress calculations.
Key skills and accountabilities:
Preparation of redress calculations using Excel for FOS Fixed Rate loans cases
Use of Summit system for the extraction of customer information
Complex calculation of overdraft interest and fees due
Calculation of Historic Cash Flows
Previous Commercial Banking Complaints experience vital
Settlement of customer's redress and ensure payments are made
