*Custody/Securities Service Manager, Investment Banking, St Paul's-6 months*

Bank of America Merrill Lynch require a Service/Relationship Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with existing clients and monitoring the service provided by Tech & Ops and (2) The Product Sales Team which is responsible for supporting the sales distribution channels of the Bank and providing product expertise to the sales effort.

Responsibilities

- Work with GTS Sales/GCAS Product Sales/Corporate Bankers to bring deals to "close" for all segments
- Implementation of new accounts/relationships
- Responsible for delivery of service to clients
- Initial GCAS escalation point for service issues
- Monitoring Tech & Ops service levels at client level
- Monitoring GCAS client relationships including profitability, efficiency and cross sell opportunities.
- Oversight of client activity to minimise any risk exposure for BofAML
- Reports to Regional Executive
- Member of regional management team
- Collaboration with Global Product Executive in relation to service levels and operational efficiencies
- Collaboration with Product Sales to advise GTS Sales in relation to client satisfaction, cross sell opportunities and client profitability

Requirements

- Experience in a custody, brokerage or securities environment or equivalent
- Knowledge of some or all of the products in the GCAS portfolio
- A third level qualification in a relevant discipline
- Results oriented together with a proven record of achieving targets
- Good business sense
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent client communication, presentation and 'people skills'
- Good planning and organisational skills
