IT Release Manager - Financial/Web Applications/French/Dutch
Our banking client is looking for an IT Release Manager to preform the tasks below. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT in deployment or project management or analysis or release management for IT applications.
- Formalize the release roll-out strategy (Front End/Back End, pilot/production, roll back scenario);
- Determine risks and dependencies in relation with other releases, based on collected project impact information;
- Define & manage continuously the needed components and concerned parties in the release management tool;
- Define the milestones for the release(s);
- Assemble QA & PROD runbooks and make sure that these are validated by all involved parties
- Escalate blocking issues to related authorities;
- Follow up & report about the release(s) roll-out in production;
- Formalize the closure of the release(s);
- Create lessons learned for the release.
- Organize and follow up deployments of applications
