International Development Business Analyst - up to £50k

Our client, a multinational financial services company based in Surrey are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join their International Change team.

* The purpose of the role is to support the development and mobilisation of an International business.
* As part of this new operation a new product line of business will need to be established within an existing US entity together with supporting functions which will be provided by both the UK and US.
* The Change International Programme require this BA to design detailed processes and procedures that underpin the US Operating Model for this new line of business which will in turn ensure we can go live and deliver to the timelines required. This will include pricing, investment, administration and financial accounting processes etc.
* The Business Analyst will be required to define business requirements using best practice methodologies, to understand complex business problems and agree appropriate solutions to deliver significant business benefit.
* The role holder will work with Business Project Managers and Stakeholders to deliver these aims.
* Some US regulatory experience within Financial Services would be beneficial

Skills Required:
* Significant experience in a Business Analyst role where you have identified and documented business requirements to complex business problems that have delivered significant business benefit.
* Being adept at conducting research and performing cost-benefit and return on investment analyses you will justify your recommendations, support purchasing efforts and aid management in making implementation decisions. Your communication, influencing and presentation skills will therefore need to be exceptional and the ability to use both technical and user friendly language to work with customers at all levels will be of paramount importance.
* Understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, it would be expected that the role holder would be an ISEB Practitioner in Business Analysis.
* Good understanding of the UK Financial Services Industry and in particular knowledge of Savings products and services would be an advantage.
* Experience of large scale IT development (including working with IT supplier) and an up-to-date awareness of trends in the IT market place.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills will be required, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within an organisation

The client is looking for Business Analysts with Financial Services (ideally Life Insurance) who is strong at mapping and documenting processes and procedures, who is also capable of working without supervision in an Agile style environment

The successful candidate will become an Employed Consultant of Hyphen and will work onsite as a Business Analyst for our Client.
