Digital Strategist - UX designer with Renown London Agency
SSR is working with one of the top global healthcare communications networks in the world to find an experienced UX Strategist to join their creative and collaborative team in London. This agency delivers creativity, strategic insight and communications expertise to clients in the healthcare industry. The Role
We are looking for a digital architect that can lead UX projects and support strategy across the agency and a wide range of digital projects. You would be working closely with creative and technical teams while being involved in the full project life cycle from pitch to final delivery with ownership of the UX aspects. You'll need to be very hands on, able to steer often complex digital projects from a UX perspective. This will be a real client facing role and you must have a real passion for digital channels and the implementation of technology.
Responsibilities
- Shaping and participating in new business initiatives and pitches
- Translate objectives into experience strategy
- Lead teams in creating multichannel communications strategies with service design thinking
- Research and report write ups to understand audience experience requirements
- Creation of functional specifications (in liaison with technical team)
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital media
The Candidates
- Minimum of 5+years' experience as a UX manager with at least 3 in a digital agency environment.
- We are always interested in candidates who have longer, diverse career history.
- Solid skills and experience in IA /wireframing / functional specifications are a must
- Provide evidence of leading edge design patterns within wireframes
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience using Axure and building interactive prototypes
- We need people who can solve problems creatively and make things happen - and when things are not going to plan can keep cool and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with social media research, analytics instrumentation and SEO best practices
- Previous experience working in large, preferably healthcare (or allied), agencies for major brands/products.
- A strong desire to be involved in strategy with an ability to translate brand objectives and creative platform into an experience strategy across multichannel tactics
