Corporate Gifts Executive / Events Executive - London - City
£30-35k - 6 month contract
Our client, a leading player in the financial services world, is looking for an experienced Corporate Hospitality Co-ordinator / Events Administrator to manage their corporate gifts programme.
The role is to manage the sourcing, negotiation and purchasing of corporate gifts
This will involve controlling stock levels
Working with suppliers on delivery and collection of items
Working with designers to ensure brand consistency
The role will also involve assisting on site at events and managing the admin of corporate gifts
Experience
Previous experience in managing corporate gift function.
Experience of assisting with events
Ideally corporate hospitality experience
Solid computer skills (Office)
Excellent organisational skills
Great communication skills
Strong attention to detail.
