We are working with a large Government organisation to source a Mainframe Programmer with a background in security.

The purpose of this role is to work on the redevelopment of a Security Access and Management system (SAMs).

EXPERIENCE in one of more of the following required:

  • Assembler
  • NCL
  • Netmaster
  • RACF and/or ACF2

DUTIES:

  • Automate the transition from positional Mainframe access to roles based provisioning;
  • Provide technical support and third level administration for RACF and ACF2;
  • Provide technical advice to senior architects and management;
  • Prepare and oversee the production of accurate and detailed technical documentation;
  • Engage with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure Business Requirements are understood, Security issues identified and acceptable solutions developed and implemented;
  • Prepare and oversee the production of accurate and detailed complex technical documentation and reports for Security solutions in IT Security Services based on liaison with non-technical business representatives

Due to the nature of this organisation, you must be an Australian citizen with the ability to gain a security clearance. If you are successful, it is likely you will be granted an NV1 security clearance - a great incentive in this tough market!
