Description
My international client is looking for an Migration Tracking Manager to work on a programme to develop and deliver a global Active Directory solution for the company.
The role will be based in Budapest, but there is also an option to be based in either Prague or London.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-migration communication coordination working with migration PM.
- Complete necessary training documentation for ARS administrators, non-ISS deskside support team, non-ISS L1 helpdesk teams, user knowledge base articles, etc.
- Update documentation on program library and support central site working with facilitator and co-facilitator
- Provide daily program and minimally weekly executive communications on progress of migrations and local issues (penetration, known issues, etc.)
- Run reports on OneAD migration issues, providing escalations to program team as required.
- Identify, track and recommend remediation on systemic issues identified in the environment working with Capital and Corporate OneAD team
