Engineering/Manufacturing Business Process Analyst - Contract - Midlands
Amoria Bond are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to work with our client who is an international Engineering organisation. The company has had rapid growth over the past 5 years and have ambitious growth plans for the future and so the processes that are currently in place are no longer fit for purpose.
As the Senior Business Process Analyst you will start to implement changes into the way they work and make it fit for them. You will do this by understanding how they currently operate identifying the issues and establishing any quick changes then writing the to be transition plan.
You will do this via holding working across various sites, gaining stakeholder buy in, follow up and checking in and holding further communication sessions.
It is absolutely essential that you understand the processes within an Engineering/Manufacturing/R&D environment. This includes knowing the technical terms the Engineers use and understanding the Engineering Design process.
Key skills and experience required:
* Detailed knowledge of Engineering/Manufacturing/R&D processes
* Knowledge of business process analysis for Engineering and Design tools
* Experience of requirements gathering & holding workshops
* Knowledge of value stream mapping and lean techniques
* Experience of defining process improvements
* Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment
