My client, a private healthcare organisation, is seeking an Interim Reward & HR Consultant to support with two key change projects on a 3-6 month basis.
Your main focus will be creating and proposing a new reward strategy for the organisation that are a multi-sited private healthcare organisation who want to reward, retain and recognise their high performing employees but need external expertise in order to do this.
At the moment they currently do not have a reward strategy/scheme so you will literally be starting from scratch! This will include bonus opportunities, overtime, incentives, car allowances etc
You will also support with a company-wide restructure which will include consultations and supporting the wider HR team so a strong generalist and change management background is essential.
You will have proven experience in setting up, creating and implementing reward strategies within a unionised business
