Description
Siebel Functional Test Analyst O2C/Order to Cash/OTC/P2P/Purchase to Pay/Test Analyst/Siebel/Siebel V8 Work as a SIEBEL Functional Test Analyst supporting the functional acceptance testing programme for the GBS CRM quarterly build cycle.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following experience:-
A comprehensive level of Siebel Enterprise functional expertise in service and sales process functionality (preferably in Siebel V8)
Experience in customer service and sales operations where order to cash and purchase to pay processes are delivered is desired
Demonstrable experience in producing preparation documentation and scripts, planning and execution methodology for testing cycles
Advanced expertise in writing functional test scripts for Siebel
Able to demonstrate the ability and initiative to test outside scripts
Experience in the use of test tracking tools - ie QC Due to the volume of applications,
