Software Test Manager, QA Managers, qa lead, test manager, test engineer, functional reviews, manual testers, project managers, Test lead This is a permanent role for a Test manager with Telecom`s or utilities experience. You will need some experience with quality centre and an understanding of automated testing also. Dublin Software Test Manager requirements . To establish a relationship with each project stakeholder to enable effective communications throughout testing, to achieve buy in and to ensure correct level of ownership is achieved during test preparation, execution and prior to go live . To develop and communicate an Overall Testing Strategy for the Project to include o Test Methodologyo Appropriate number of test phaseso Management of Test Datao Use of Test Tools including potential use of Automation tools. Working closely with the Functional Lead, to develop and communicate a Test Plan for the Project based on an agreed Test Strategyo To ensure the quality of all HP Quality Centre (QC) related assets (e.g. Test Cases, Test Requirements). Co-ordinate, monitor and report on test progress across all test phases. To act as an Escalation point to the Project Manager for any issues which may jeopardise Testing delivery. Management of entry and exit for all Test Phases. Test Risk amp; issues management. Organise and deliver QC Training Skills amp; Experience:. ISTQB in Advanced Test Management (or equivalent) is required. Experience in QC is required. Previous experience of managing and co-ordinating the testing of multiple work streams is required. Previous experience of managing multiple vendors is required. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
