Role: MS Dynamcis CRM Functional Consultant

Skills & Description:
- Demonstrates proven success and extensive abilities to utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a functional capacity
- Experience with CRM 2013 is a "must-have"
- Should have utilities residential/SME experience
- Assignment is to create a blueprint CRM system based on configuration and best practices
- Performing key contributions to the life cycle stages of a Dynamics CRM Solution (Assessment, Design, Development, Deployment, Testing, Operations and Diagnostics), leveraging CRM /CRM 4.0 and CRM Capabilities
- Working experience in agile model/rapid product development with small core teams is desired
- Interacting and utilizing effectively written and verbal business communication skills with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, emphasizing the development and delivery of presentations to business users
