Develop a clear understanding of the new VRD Global contact center product portfolio
Participate in weekly discussions on new VRD processes and assist project team as required
Work with Product Marketing to develop new Sales and customer facing collateral supporting new VRD products and processes
Drive and support cross organizational communication and collaboration
Track VRD product performance metrics on a regular basis
Analyze market to help develop pricing and marketing materials
Participate in CCS strategy session for products and methodologies
Support sales with product expertise and sales strategy
Respond to all leadership ad-hoc requests, create presentations, and provide updates on initiatives, including monthly and quarterly reviews
Prepare weekly status reports
Develop Contact Center strategies to target vertical market opportunities
Participate in Sales led calls to support multiple Vertical markets
Demonstrate Market & Industry Knowledge. Including reviewing and analysing data sales results and market conditions to discover opportunities for growth.
Develops strategies for channel leads to support growth opportunities for data products and services to grow market share and increase ARPU in vertical markets.
Represent Contact Center Marketing for Vertical channel specific initiatives
Respond to all leadership ad-hoc requests, create presentations, and provide updates on initiatives, including monthly and quarterly reviews
Prepare weekly status reports
Education: High school, 4 year college degree
Experience: Product management experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: technical competence, good communication skills and small to medium sized project management skills
