Description
Background:
My client is a Brussels based international bank; they have a massive training programme.
Generalised Training is currently offered to the bank's staff by HR at corporate level including E-learning modules hosted in a Learning Management System (Oracle Taleo).
More specialised, local training is also currently given to staff focusing on more traditional class-room training techniques including using Powerpoint presentations, role plays, games, quizzes, videos, exercises, screen manipulations etc. The bank is now looking to develop an E-learning competency centre for this specialised, localised training.
Tasks:
- help to define a clear project planning from strategy definition to implementation;
- share your expertise in this domain, help to define an E-learning strategy avoiding the most common errors and looking for a successful buy-in of future trainees;
- help to define which types of E-learning to develop according to needs and how to build them in an efficient manner;
- liaise with various stakeholders: Trainers, internal clients, HR, Graphical designers etc;
- help to define the profiles that are needed in-house to develop this E-learning competency centre;
- the E-learning development tool already selected and being used is Adobe Captivate 7 and the Learning Management System, LMS, is Oracle Taleo (you will not be required to evaluate alternatives to this platform).
-You will be attached to the bank's local internal training team.
Skills:
- expertise in the E-learning field;
- Proven experience in setting up an E-learning competency centre;
- Implementation experience in the Financial sector (banking, insurance, asset management etc) will be a plus);
- Expertise in Adobe captivate and in Learning Management System such as Taleo is a plus;
- Very good presentation skills;
- Good communicator;
- Project management;
