Solvings require a current SC cleared desktop engineer to work on a secure site in london for approximately 2 months
The engineer would be part of the existing Solvings team that provides onsite support to the client within the central London area. The key aspect of the role is to investigate and resolve any reported user issues (software and hardware) for all sites within the contractual SLAs. The engineer will be expected to take ownership of any assigned tasks or projects and to deliver within required time frames. Any need to escalate should be timely and appropriate. Work within agreed SLA and SLA delivery guidelines. As part of aSolvins team, the engineer will be expected to share knowledge and experience with other members of the team and to provide assistance to other team members when required. The role is entirely customer facing. The engineer will need to hold MOD SC clearance to undertake the role
this role is paying £110 per day
