Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for a Semiconductor (AMS) IC Design Engineer. As designer in the design team, you will participate in translating high level customer requirements for modules and/or products into mixed signal designs, supporting CAN, LIN.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will work in a cross-functional project team and will be responsible for the definition of the design and development strategy, the product integration flow, definition of development objectives, establishing appropriate tools and development flows, finding optimal balance between time, cost and quality; and ensure optimal reuse. You will also ensure traceability of requirements in all development areas during all design phases and will be responsible for clear communication from design team to parties in and outside the organisation. You can build and present transparent plans, supported by the team. You know the concept DfX and ensure that designs are DfX compliant.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering with an emphasis in IC design
• At least 5 years of experience in mixed signal design
• Proven mixed signal design skills, experience with top-down design approach using behavioural models.
• Proven High Voltage design skills
• Able to translate requirements into mixed signal designs
• Able to make clear plans, transparent to organisation
• Creative, positive mindset, constructively critical, motivate and lead team members
• Zero defects and DfX mindset, proven flawless introduction of designs in industrial environment.
