Senior Quantity Surveyor - Contract - Manchester
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Manchester. A prestigious engineering consultancy is currently looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can provide expertise working on nuclear projects. My client is an established engineering, manufacturing and technical services company who have built relationships with major companies in the nuclear sector.
The successful candidate will be:
- A senior quantity surveyor ideally with a Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Pipework background
- An experienced quantity surveyor who is able to challenge and manage Target Cost engineering contracts
- A senior quantity surveyor who can monitor monthly KPI's as agreed by contractors and compile monthly project reports
- Is able to compile and maintain costs forecasts
- Is able to manager weekly change requests
- A quantity surveyor who provide cost information and liaise with supply chain managers
My client is looking to pay the successful Quantity Surveyor an hourly rate of £35-40, our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with superb skills that can provide exemplary service from their first day.
