SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant Required - (Service Management)
My globally recognised organisation is looking for an SAP CS Consultant (Service Management) to join a large implementation programme based in Singapore.
This will be a long-term contract with 6 months initially offered but a likely extension. The start date is ASAP but the client will wait a month if needed.
The successful candidate will have the following skills;
3 years+ of functional SAP CS (Service Management) hands on Knowledge and experience. (Notification, Service Order, Installed Base, etc)
At least 1 e2e/flc experience within SAP CS/SM
Extensive Knowledge & Experience with Customer Service - Sales (Advance Sales Order, Contracts) & Billing integration
Experience with Part Returns processing/Warranty
Experience with Service Materials, Service Contracts
