Quantity Surveyor - Contract - West Midlands - £300 per day
Synergize Consulting are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong corporate background.
The successful candidate should be able to maximise project profitability and control costs and put in place robust cost control/recovery processes.
In addition you must be able to submit, negotiate and agree site final accounts with client and keep control of variation costs and ensure variations are quoted to the client and purchase orders are received for variations.
You will also act as a focal point for all project related commercial activities and to be the go to person for both the Project Team members and client staff. It would be advantageous if you hold a MRICS or CIOB qualification, although not essential.
