Working with the Sales Force Development team the role is to create & share knowledge assets for airline commercial teams on products, services, consulting, industry, solutions, internal tools & processes.
Key Tasks
Delivering Webinars on offerings & solutions
Project management of exchange events
Coordination of training development & delivery with HR
Developing proposals to enhance knowledge sharing
Providing statistics on quality and user satisfaction
To success in this project you need experience in

Key Skills
SharePoint Expert (administration & Management a plus)
Excellent written & oral communication skills in English
Diplomacy, Empathy & Relationship building Nice to have
Sharepoint expert at site owner level
Experience creating & broadcasting webinars with Webex
