Regulatory Trainer - Training Consultant - AML - KYC - Regulatory Change - Financial Crime
This organisation are a leading global Investment Bank who are currently seeking a Regulatory Training Consultant. You will be working on an extensive programme of work which spans across their entire Global Banking & Markets division globally (Europe, APAC, MENA, The Americas) in relation to implementing Global Standards.
Strong understanding & development of Cultural Change in a global environment is essential, as well as strong knowledge of financial crime, compliance and regulatory policies & due diligence - AML, KYC.
Key requirements:

Excellent training delivery and facilitation skills with a pragmatic approach to delivery

Extensive experience of designing and delivering regulatory change initiatives in a global Banking environment

Proven track record of developing and delivering Business Training including cultural change, on time and within stated parameters

Experience in AML/Due Diligence/KYC and a proven ability to quickly learn and understand new policies, technology and translate this understanding into effective training programmes and messages

Experience of managing/supporting impacted business representatives located in geographically diverse sites to help them transition to the target state with respect to financial crime risk awareness, controls and judgements

Experience of various training mediums and ability to fit this with business need.

Excellent relationship management, networking skills and experience working with senior management in Financial organisations and liaising with regional and local stakeholders

Understanding of products and businesses within Financial Services.

Keen project management of local training needs including identifying target populations

Excellent administration skills necessary to co-ordinate, organise, administer and support training successfully

Local understanding of local requirements both regulatory and culturally to assist in the adaptation to materials and execute where agreed
£550 per day - London - 6 month contract (initially) - Investment Banking
