Role -:
Support & Change management:
o Organize applications support with the different internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach about the way support is delivered for these applications
o Make sure that all Incident and Change management process are duly implemented and respected by all parties, installing a strong change control culture within his scope
o Define and regularly review the support KPIs
o Ensure regular review of applications performance
o Build and maintain the applications versioning roadmap And identify significant milestone
Applications knowledge
o Structure application documentation from Design to Run, with architecture and technical angles
o Make the link with Enterprise Architecture approach an BPLO referential
Main Skills - Overall position is a senior position (8years+) with multiple skill sets, ranging from Applications Architecture, project management, negotiation, communication, capacity to convince and influence, and change management.
It requires a strong ability to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders.
Strong Applications design/management background
Project management and ITIL processes
IT Architecture
Ability to influence and convince stakeholders
Rigorous management of external parties
English and French fluent is required
