My client is one of the largest Pharmaceutical Manufacturers worldwide. With around 20´000 employees he is expanding and currently seeking a Complaint Handling Manager on a fixed contract basis (freelancer) in the area Medical Devices.Requirements
- Ensure documentation (procedures, forms, etc) is in place to clearly define required compliant activities and records for handling worldwide (especially Asian) complaints.
- Responsibilities also include ensuring Medical Device Reporting activities and Recall activities are supported.
- Information point for all inquiries regarding market reports by PDC and cooperates with RA
- Ensure complaint information is tracked / trended and communicated in order to provide manufacturing plants and Product Development with the necessary information to assess their own areas of responsibility relative to product
- Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
- Promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance, and actively support our compliance program-related initiatives and activities.
Profile
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements relative to complaint handling
- Must have a minimum of 3 years pharma and/or medical device industry experience
- Prior: experience Asia / been working in Asia / knows an Asian language
- Critical thinking skills are essential
- Higher degree in engineering or similar field required
- English fluent in writing and speaking
