Role with responsibilites in a friendly and international environement.Our Client, a leading pharmaceutical company is currently seeking an Expert Clinical Manager (ECM) in Basel for 6 months with a high chance of extension. This is a global pharmaceutical company with presence in varies countries around the world. They are well-known for their ability in pioneering science. They operate an open-minded environment, particularly within the clinical study teams. This is a role with responsibility, where you will be empowered with the relevant decision-making authority, but will equally be accountable for your actions and responsibilities. This is an international, English-speaking environment.
This position requires the following skills:
* An advanced degree in life science/healthcare or equivalent, with at least 2 years experience in clinical trials
*Ability to work within matrix organizations, individually and in a team
*Strong negotiation skills
*Excellent knowledge in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
*Fundamental knowledge of principles for trial budgeting is desirable
*Basic understanding and experience of Oncology and Haematology is a clear advantage
This position entitles these main duties:
*Support Clinical Trial Head (CTH) to ensure all trial deliverables are met within the given time frame
*Support the development and, management and tracking of trial budgets
*Aid CTH in managing interactions with Oncology Global Development Operations
*Responsible for the accuracy of trial information in all tracking systems and databases
*Go to Person for any questions regarding trial procedures or patient eligibility
*Manage interactions with Oncology Development Operations
*Management of Contract Research Organizations, regarding timelines and budget.
