If you're ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic, you could fit the bill as a Recruitment Consultant.

THE ROLE will fundamentally consist of building up client portfolios in the finance and trading space through cold and warm calling and networking. You will also oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator in negotiating a sale - the placement of your candidate!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR highly ambitious individuals, preferably with previous experience in sales or prospecting, who posses exceptional communication and selling skills. To be considered for this opportunity you must:

*Hold a 4 year Bachelor degree 3.0 GPA minimum

*Be motivated and driven by target orientated work

*Have between 6 months - 3 years sales/commercial experience preferable

*Be confident and competitive

*Have evidence of working in a pressured environment

In return, WE CAN OFFER a competitive base salary as well as an attractive commission scheme providing the opportunity to earn an average of $60-80k in year one, around $90-110k in year two and $150k+ in year 3!
