We set mini incentives in the office where you will win rewards for hitting targets on a daily or weekly basis (although if you lose, we may make you sing in front of the office) as well as larger scale incentives including company trips to Miami, the Bahamas and Las Vegas and monthly 'Lunch Clubs' if you hit your minimum billing target for the month and many, many more fun prizes! In addition, you will also have the opportunity to earn a great deal of money as we offer an uncapped commission scheme. Our average 1st yr salespeople earn $80k - $100k. We also offer a true career path as we only promote from within. We started 15 years ago with 5 people working in 1 office in London and we now have over 500 employees spanning over 15 offices in every continent with our newest offices having just opening in India and Germany. We have huge plans for growing across the US and are about to open out offices in San Francisco, Houston and Chicago, all in the next 12 months.

Your role will involve generating leads and converting those leads into new business prospects or clients as well as sourcing for candidates for those jobs.

Requirements (No professional experience is required):

- Generate leads and network around BioPharma clients to generate new business

- Comfortable with cold calling (prior experience of outbound phone sales or door-to-door sales would be beneficial)

- Graduate degree with a GPA of 3.5 or above

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection

- Ambitious and money motivated with evidence to demonstrate that this is the type of person you are
