I have a need for a Project Manager that has very strong background working in F&C projectsThe writing in BOLD are the must have capabilites for this position.
Qualifications
Deliver the project according to time, cost and quality expectations described in the Project Assignment;
Lead, manage, develop and motivate your project organization;
Manage all relevant stakeholders;
Ensure that the project has established goals, success criteria and an implementation strategy;
Contribute in the process of maturing (startup) and follow up business projects;
Ensure that the project has realistic estimates according to the defined scope;
Ensure that all risk elements are taken care of;
Ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with agreed plans and customer expectations;
Ensure that necessary agreements/contracts are established and followed up;
Make sure that HSE and quality requirements are taken care of and supervision activities are performed;
Ensure that project deliveries are handed over to the organization;
Fulfill reporting requirements;
Actively contribute to learning, experience sharing and improvements related to project management processes and best practices
Formal education - University or College degree
Formal education within project management is an advantage
5 - 10 years of experience as project manager
PMP Certified
Evidence of application of lean methodology in process simplification with demonstrated results
High level of experience with F&C projects, specifically revenue accounting, financial reporting
Ideal experience from onshore back office projects
Good experience with systems integration and effectiveness - exposure to SAP PRA and any of our other systems
Well developed teambuilding, cooperational- and communication abilities
Ability to work "across" all areas in the project
Excellent written and oral communication skills
