A local Hedge Fund in Chicago is seeking an innovative and talented Web Developer to create a new, high quality financial application to be used by the business on a daily basis. This Senior level developer will be extremely hands-on and should enjoy a technical challenge, but still be eager to collaborate with the business side of the firm and implement their needs. You will be hands-on with both development, design, architecture, and testing.The Strongest Candidates will possess the following skills/experience:
- Expertise in Java/Web Development Technologies
- SDLC experience
- SQL, JDBC, and other relational databases
- HTML
- JavaScript
- XML
- Dojo
- Ext-JS
- Windows
- Unix/Linux
- Financial industry experience/knowledge is preferred
