Description
An IT Project Manager will be required to coordinate the activities across the Oracle ERP teams, CRM teams, and other critical systems involved in the project. This position is a request to contract a project manager immediately in order to try and meet the timeline goals set by leadership.-Minimum 5 years of experience required: ERP project experience preferred
-Location: San Jose, CA with some travel to Mahwah, NJ, and Denver, CO
-Desired Experience: Oracle ERP Project Manager, Program Manager, Oracle ERP implementations highly desired (version 11i if possible), PMP highly desirable.
-Could involve travel to Denver, CO and Mahwah, NJ potentially in the beginning of the project. The execution phases should all be in San Jose, possibly a small trip to Denver for testing.

-Day to day duties include:
- Coordinate with IT leads for milestone tasks
- Coordinate with Business leads for requirements, testing, document approval, and communication
- Develop Status reports
- Create all project documentation for Company project methodology, update them with changes, obtain approvals
- Track Budget, Risks, Issues, timeline, and scope changes
- Establish mitigation plans for Risks and Issues, escalate as necessary
- Communicate with IT leadership and Business stakeholders regularly
- Drive project to completion with high quality.
