Targeted Skills & Competencies:Senior Front-office specialist with experience in maintaining Bloomberg AIM Fixed Income Trading system buy side administrative activities,.
* Expertise in supporting Bloomberg AIM to accommodate the workflows and decision making process of Fixed Income Portfolio Managers and Traders using high availability ASP hosted Bloomberg solution
* Strong industry knowledge, including Fixed Income instruments, Trading workflows, and compliance.
* Knowledge of Wall Street institutions, Broker/Dealer relationship, Custodian relationship and securities processing, i.e., EAGLE PACE, CADIS and Bloomberg, etc.
* Performs security analytics, i.e., OAS, addressing compliance violations, risk metrics, bond math, performance attribution, etc. This position will be part of the team to facilitate these system solutions and to support Asset Management's Fixed Income initiatives. This role will be active in efforts to ensure a high level of accuracy in maintaining administrative functions of the ASP hosted solution which will include running audits, provisioning access credentials, deactivating unwanted permissions, monitoring proactive threats and vulnerabilities using FIRM, AUDT, AUDR, CMGR and VMGR functions of Bloomberg AIM. This role will also include maintaining the on-going reference data with Trade operations and Data Maintenance team using the GATE, FMGT, GCFG, GMB, GTB, and GCB in Bloomberg GNET We are seeking someone who will be an advocate of technology and provide the support within the Front, Middle and Back Office Fixed Income teams.

Evaluates and implements new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives.
* Excels at analyzing functional needs that drive the analysis and design of quality solutions; recommends solutions that are aligned with business / IT strategies
* Serves as SME in all aspects of systems / applications software related to Bloomberg AIM and / or application components.
* Resolves application problems of the highest complexity. * Analyzes performance and capacity issues of the highest complexity
* Provides mentoring and training to junior staff.
* Serves as initial point of escalation for all processing and operational issues.
* Assists management in coordinating business area activities and balancing workload. * May design, implement and improve workflows, as well as assign projects.
* Excels at working collaboratively with IT staff on development, troubleshooting, and other technical efforts.
* Translates business requirements into functional specifications; oversees implementation of these specifications
