Description
Job Responsibilities:-Participate as a member of a project team to enable other firmware engineers to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for subsystems/systems
-Working with cross discipline teams such as EE, ME, SW and HW
Coordinate activities surrounding the design, coding, and integration of firmware required to deliver specific product objectives and guidelines
-Effectively identify and debug issues, as well as suggest process changes or improvements
-Propose concepts and improvements for new and existing designs and techniques.
-Communicate and collaborate with development partners on firmware design status, project progress, and issue resolution
Required Experience:
-BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field required
-Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
-Experience designing real-time embedded systems.
-Extremely proficient in C, C++
- At least 3 years experience with the following: Matlab, control systems, and automation
