GENERAL DESCRIPTION:Ensure changes are processed per procedures and in a timely manner.
Ensures proper documentation is kept for regulatory compliance in the design process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Process changes per standard operating procedures (SOP) and divisional work instructions (DWI)
* Participate in continuous improvements of the change controlled processes to achieve departmental targets for Document Control quality, ECO/MCO First Pass Yield, ECO/MCO Turn Around Time, Oracle - Agile interface error lock, etc.
* Proactively addresses issues and consults with Sr. Document Coordinator/Document Control Team Lead/Supervisor to ensure efficient departmental operations and effective problem solving (Bottom Up Communication).
* Effectively and quickly responses to any questions, or concerns raised by Sr. Document Coordinator/Document Control Team Lead/Supervisor to ensure effective problem solving (Top Down Communication).
* Ensure proper archive, storage and retrieval of controlled documentation in a combination of conventional paper storage (library, file cabinets,etc.) and "electronic" file vaults on the PC and networks for quality system requirements.Ensures accuracy and maintenance of physical and electronic standards library. Purchases and controls all external standards.
* Analyzes and corrects discrepancies on document management sites ensuring all documents are available and viewable to users.
* Handles special requests as assigned by Document Control Team Lead/Supervisor.
* Completes all training assignments on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Two years Document Control related experience.
* Agile and/or Oracle experience preferred.
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* General post high school office skills certification.
