Job Summary:Ensures that complaint handling and coordination activities are conducted and documented per company procedures and applicable federal regulations and international standards.
Responsible for:
-Management and oversight of the complaint system & database
-Review all incoming product complaints and track complaint investigation progress.
-Manage customer communication regarding complaint status.
-Interface with sales staff and other internal departments regarding complaint information.
-Conduct trend analysis and reporting of complaints.
-Ensure complaints are investigated and corrective actions identified as appropriate.
