Informaticist Pharmacist - Epic WillowThe Informaticist Pharmacist is a link between the Clinical Information Systems department and the medical professionals. They are an advocate for the clinician, translating clinical standards and requirements into technical specification for the EMR. This role provides expertise and support to highly visible, sensitive, and multi-faceted clinical projects and is responsible for the successful turnover of projects to production. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and support duties of the clinical systems within the Clinical Information Systems department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Informatics related field such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration
- 5 years experience required
- Pharm. D preferably in California
- Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills to lead large projects and teams
- Implementation and upgrade experience with previous EMR systems
- Epic Willow certification
- Experience working in a children's hospital
