Epic Resolute PB AnalystThe Senior Business Systems Analyst works along side the Business Systems Analyst providing technical oversight and experience on software design and analysis, application and system installation and implementation, and system scope and design objectives. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will provide technical mentorship to the Business Systems Analyst assist in the areas of research and analysis, monitoring and compilation of assigned project deliverables, and detailed specifications from which vendor systems will be programmed/configured, and guidance and support for workflow analysis and documentation.Qualifications
- Current Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification Required
Minimum of 2 years Epic Resolute Professional Billing Build Experience required. - Maintain Epic Certification, received within six months of position start date.
- Degree in a healthcare discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience using clinical information applications for clinical data entry, technical data entry, data reporting, content building, testing, is preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare information technology initiatives is preferred.
- Minimum two years healthcare experience in the ambulatory, operational, or clinical settings is required.
- Ability to demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in organization, prioritization, leadership, project management, communication and personal computing products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical and clinical expertise.
- Demonstrable skills in basic computer operations and working knowledge of office automation tools (Microsoft Office suite, Project Management tools, flowchart tools).
- Demonstrate ease in exercising initiative, good judgment, good problem solving, and decision making.
- Resolute Hospital Billing Experience Preferred
