Medical Director - Princeton, New Jersey

A premier Medical Communications Agency seeks a Medical Director with experience in medical content development and client engagement to add to their expanding team.

You will manage the development of high-quality and accurate scientific content, as well as interact with clients, to consult on strategic communications. You will help advise and deliver content as appropriate, and interact with KOL's. You will need to be very accountable, and highly communicative. You will also work with project managers, editors and medical writers.

Responsibilities include:

-Medical Writing/Direction, Developing or directing clear, concise, scientifically sound and accurate content for outlines, slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts. Clinical editing. Analysis and interpretation of disease state and product marketing, scientific and clinical data. Research for clinically relevant publications/articles. Identify relevant, reference material for content development. Program Development, co-ordination and account management. Creating project scope and vision. Work with business development on pitch work

You should have:

-Advanced degree in health sciences or related field (PhD, PharmD, MD)

-3 years of medical communications Agency experience, covering content development and project management is mandatory

-In-depth knowledge of Oncology strongly preferred

This is a great chance to work for a stable, growing Agency with a supportive, collaborative team, and multiple clients/accounts. Candidates must be based near to Princeton, NJ, or happy to re-locate accordingly. This is not a remote position.
