Description
Key Features-In this role, you will work with internal subject matter experts to finalize eLearning course scripts dealing with medical products and devices. The process includes reading, proofing, rewriting and reformatting scripts, creating rough drafts/directions of page builds/treatments around the scripts to adhere to instructional design standards and internal rules,. Additionally, you will also produce excellent final course scripts, detailed page treatment or page build directions, self-check questions, final test questions, answer keys, bibliographies and references within a specified timeframe. This job does NOT include any building of graphics. This is solely an instructional design writing position using instructional design knowledge and experience.
Skillset / Education:
- Candidate must have extensive work experience related to writing or editing instructional design (and or educational design).
- Clinical/medical background a plus but not required.
- Candidate must be well-organized, able to communicate professionally and take direction easily.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Word a must.
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline a plus.
- Candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines.
- Candidate will need to show recent writing samples.
- Interview includes a job simulation component
