Sthree is a rapidly growing recruitment company and we are looking to hire sales consultants to work in our NYC, Manhattan location.Our growth plans for the US for the near future are big, bold and most importantly, achievable. We are rapidly expanding into new territories and niche sectors. Ambition like this needs serious investment, so we're looking to invest in SThree by employing exceptional people to drive the business forward. We want the most talented sales individuals to work for us in our high energy recruitment teams. You could be a graduate or a professional with previous experience.

Our company operates in niche STEM markets in the US, placing specialists in the Finance, Commercial and Life Science industries. Your role will see you perform 360 recruitment, on a busy sales desk.

You will be expected to generate new business and develop existing business by proactively sourcing clients and candidates.

To qualify for this you will need a four year degree and be able to demonstrate core competencies that are required for successful recruiters. We will be asking you for evidence in your interview of past examples which demonstrate things such as work ethic, ambition, competitiveness and a sales mindset.
